1. Registration: Don't forget to register online. If you would like lunch, the cost is $35.00 for fall lunches and $28.00 for spring lunches. If you would like, you can pay for fall lunches now, and spring lunches in the spring. Register early to reserve your nursery spot! If you would like to register by mail, check out the forms section on the website. You can download a copy of the registration form to print and mail along with your registration fee. Make checks payable to Pep moms.
2. Nursery assistance is provided to our
parents during the meeting dates, with limited availability. There is currently no waiting list for the upcoming year. All members who utilize the nursery are asked to serve as a nursery volunteer for one meeting during the year.
It is imperative that you call if you are not going to be using your reserved nursery spot(s). Your call affects how many workers the Church pays to take care of your children and whether someone on the waiting list is able to come to a meeting or not. If you do not need your nursery spot for a meeting, please call ... up until 9:00pm the night before our meeting. If you realize you are unable to make it the morning of the meeting, please leave a message with Kris Johnson at 291-5242.
3. Security policy: Due to changes in security, you must have your nametag on at all times when you enter the nursery area. Thank you!
